
Chloe’s Fertility Nourish Bowl
Ingredients:
Spinach
Cherry tomatoes
1/2 avocado chopped
2-3 Mushrooms, sliced
Chickpeas
1tsp paprika
1tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1tsp cinnamon
1tbsp nutritional yeast
1tbsp Sauerkraut
1/4 small pumpkin cubed
Feta
Halloumi cut into pieces
Pepitas
Hummus
Method:
Roast pumpkin with cinnamon sprinkled over in oven or air fryer- 15-20 mins
Pan fry chickpeas with paprika, cumin and garlic and olive oil for 10 mins
Toast pepitas in pan
Pan fry or fry in a pot mushrooms with olive oil & tsp of butter, add nutritional yeast and stir until mushrooms are soft & caramelised
Pan fry halloumi until golden brown
Assemble bowl with spinach, tomatoes, avocado, sauerkraut, feta, pumpkin, chickpeas, mushrooms, halloumi and top with toasted pepitas! Can add a dollop of hummus or taziki

Home made Healthy Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken breast or thighs
Red onion
Sweet potato
1 tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp turmeric
1tsp cinnamon
Fresh ginger knob
1tsp paprika
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1tsp cardamom powder
300ml fresh cooking cream
200ml good quality chicken stock (I use maggie beer)
400ml good tomato passata (I use Mutti)
2-3 tbsp grass fed butter
1-2tbsp Greek yoghurt
Brown rice/quinoa to serve
Method:
Add all spices together & mix.
Marinate chicken in half of the spice mix and Greek yoghurt, refrigerate as long as possible (can do the morning of or night before)
Heat olive oil and half the butter in a large pot
Add onion and fry until soft and a bit caramelised
Add your chicken and the extra spices, brown chicken
Add sweet potato and cook for 5 minutes
Add passata, cream, stock, butter and simmer with the lid on for around 30 minutes
Serve with rice, dollop of Greek yoghurt and fresh coriander- optional.
